KSM66 ASHWAGANDHA REVIEW | DOES IT REALLY HELP WITH ANXIETY?

I found out about Ashwagandha 3 months ago.  Before that time I literally had never heard of it.  I stumbled across it when I was searching for ways to deal with anxiety on Youtube.  A little backstory…  I’ve had anxiety/ PTSD ever since returning home from a deployment to Afghanistan in 2012.  When my time in the service came to an end in 2016 my ego wouldn’t allow me to admit I had any issues.  But earlier this year my anxiety really started whooping my ass, so I decided to finally go seek help.  As you would expect they offered a bunch of dope that had way worst side effects than what it supposedly cured.  So I decided to start researching natural remedies and stumbled across Ashwagandha, specifically KSM66.  So I started taking it and within 10 days I noticed my stress level had reduced tremendously.  Although my stress was still present it was nowhere near the debilitating feeling I had a few weeks prior.  I’ve been taking it now for almost 8 weeks and would say my anxiety is damn near gone.  The Ashwagandha just gives you feeling that everything is ok and it will be ok.  I recommend this herb to anyone suffering from anxiety.  I take 600mg first thing in the morning on an empty stomach then take another 300mg at night around 8 pm.  Since taking this herb I just feel better!  Mental clarity, no butterflies for no reason, no angry outbursts and it’s improved my sleep.  Give it a shot!
